We're walking 5km to provide vital support to people living with motor neurone disease, as well as their families and carers. Our walk events are designed for all ages and abilities, with stroller and wheelchair-friendly courses that you can complete at your own pace.

Join us as we walk together as a community to show people impacted by motor neurone disease that they are NOT alone. 

Together we can defeat MND.

Update for all Walk to Defeat MND Sydney Attendees: For all attendees parking at the venue, please ensure you stop at the gate on Jamieson Street to see our volunteer for your parking permit. Please ensure your parking permit is displayed on your dash and visible to ensure you receive free parking for the event.
