Mum 🤍 This walk is for you, for your courage, your strength, and the way you faced MND with more grace than anyone should ever have to find. Even though you’re no longer here, your presence remains MND took so much from us, but it never took your spirit, your love, or the impact you had on everyone who knew you. You shaped who I am. You taught me how to love fiercely, to keep going when things hurt, and to show up even when it’s hard. I walk to honour you, to remember you, and to stand for every family who has lost someone they love to this cruel disease. You are missed every single day, and you are carried with me always in my heart, in my strength, in my footsteps. I love you forever, Mum. This walk is for you. 🤍🪽

Support my walk to help people living with MND

I am taking part in Walk to Defeat MND to support people facing motor neurone disease.

Right now, there are over 600 people in NSW living with MND, with many requiring high levels of support and assistance.

My goal is to raise funds to help MND NSW provide the best possible support for people living with MND and their families – including assistive equipment, support groups, education about MND and more.
