Walking to support my beautiful aunty who has recently been diagnosed with MND

This Sunday, our entire extended family are taking part in Walk to Defeat MND to support people facing motor neurone disease. This includes my very own aunty who has been recently diagnosed. 

Right now, there are over 600 people in NSW living with MND, with many requiring high levels of support and assistance, including my aunty. 

My goal is to raise funds to help MND NSW provide the best possible support for people living with MND and their families – including assistive equipment, support groups, education about MND and more.

But I need your help. 

Most of you know I do marathons and Ironmans but walking just 5km will make a huge difference to her life. 

If everyone I know who can spare just $5 (or $1 per km for this event) I can make a huge difference to the support my aunty and others who will receive this care first hand.
