Walk To Defeat MND Penrith 2025

I am taking part in the Walk to Defeat MND at the Sydney International Centre, raising funds for MNDNSW this year as I was touched by Motoneuron Disease for the first time 3 years ago. I lost my brother-in-law, Bernard Smith to the horrid disease last year. This year, MND took my niece, Carolyn Lovett, she was much younger than me. MNDNSW was a great support to both of them as they battled the beast over the past few years.

I'M WALKING FOR My Reason for Walking to Defeat MND

Support my walk to help people living with MND

I am taking part in Walk to Defeat MND to support people facing motor neurone disease.

Right now, there are over 500 people in NSW living with MND, with many requiring high levels of support and assistance.

My goal is to raise funds to help MND NSW provide the best possible support for people living with MND and their families – including assistive equipment, support groups, education about MND and more.
