Support my walk to help people living with MND
I am taking part in Walk to Defeat MND to support people facing motor neurone disease.
Just 3 weeks ago we lost our father and husband to MND after a 4 year battle, watching every element of dad’s/Andy’s daily functioning being slowly taken away from him. With NO effective treatment and NO cure.
Right now, there are over 2,700 people in Australia living with MND, with many requiring significant levels of specialised support and assistance.
Our goal is to raise awareness and funds to help MND NSW provide the best possible support for people living with MND and their families – including assistive equipment, support groups, education about MND and more.
